Who we are
This site is run by Soundbaths Radio, a Madrid electronic music platform. For anything about your data, email hello@soundbathsradio.com.
The List
When you apply to The List for a Thursday at Club Malasaña, we receive the names you add, your email, your Instagram handle if you give it, and the nights you pick. We use them only to build that night’s guest list and to email you about it. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the tick box on the form.
We keep applications for 30 days after the night and then delete them. The night’s list is shared with the crew working the door. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
To stop abuse of the form, we keep a one-way scrambled version of your connection address for 24 hours. It cannot be turned back into the address.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores applications.
- Google Workspace runs our email and the spreadsheet we use to prepare each night’s list.
- Google Analytics measures visits, and only if you accept analytics cookies.
